Our Warwick Display home was built as part of a knockdown rebuild project in 2020. Initially comprising one home across a 823m² parcel of land in Warwick, we were charged with knocking down the existing home and splitting the land into four parcels to deliver a quad-set of small lot built to boundary homes using timber frame construction.
Whilst the developer has since on-sold three of the homes, we continue to display the Warwick design as the TSHWA display home.
Our display home features the best of our innovative built to boundary construction methodologies, along with our sustainable and low maintenance cladding materials thanks to our partnership with James Hardie.
